HARD OIL® JUMBO Plant-based cooking oil solidify solution
Cooking oil can now be disposed of in the trash easily and safely without clogging your kitchen drain! It contains plant-based, non-toxic ingredients that will not harm the environment.

HOW IT WORKS: HARD OIL® is a heat-activated product. It must be used while oil is still HOT (176°F or 80°C and above)
1.) Turn the heat off, remove the basket from the fryer, and use HARD OIL® immediately after cooking is finished. OIL must be HOT
2.) Use 1 scoop of HARD OIL® for every 5 cups of cooking oil. Double or triple the amount of HARD OIL®if there is heavy breading or batter in the oil.
3.) Stir HARD OIL® and cooking oil together until HARD OIL® completely dissolves in the cooking oil.
4.) Wait until the cooking oil has cooled completely to a solid state. A larger pot or fryer may require longer cooking times.
5.) To discard, first release the solidified oil from the surface of the pot or fryer by sliding a spatula along the edge.
6.) Dispose of the oil in the trash

WARNING:
Please keep children out of reach. Turn off the heat before using the product, and do not use it near fire, flame, or sparks. Please do not eat HARD OIL®. Oil cannot be reused once the product is added. Store in a cool and dry place. The product may liquefy at a temperature exceeding 122°F/50°C.
