1.) Turn the heat off and use HARD OIL® immediately after
cooking is finished. OIL must be HOT
2.) Pour 1 scoop of HARD OIL® for every cup of cooking oil. Increase the amount of HARD OIL® to double or triple if there is heavy breading or batter in the oil.
3.) Stir HARD OIL® and cooking oil together until HARD OIL® completely dissolves the cooking oil.
4.) Wait approximately 1 hour until the cooking oil has cooled completely to a solid state. Larger pots or fryer may require longer cooling times.
5.) To discard, first release the solidified oil from the surface of the pot by sliding a spatula along the edge.
6.) Dispose of the oil in the trash.
WARNING: Please keep out of the reach of children. Please do not eat HARD OIL® .
Turn off heat before using the product and do not use near fire, flame or sparks. Oil cannot be reused once product is added. Store in a cool and dry place. The product may liquefy at temperatures exceeding 122°F or 50°C.
